Enthusiastic creator of voice applications, bots, and natural language models. I’ve built many user experiences for voice, chat, and web. A background working with machine learning techniques to create natural language applications. 2018 Finalist in Samsung’s Developer showcase. 2019 speaker at VOICE Summit. Currently focused on building for the major voice assistant platforms.
Building applications that are used by millions of customers. Successfully led the development of a voice application platform that serviced over one million callers. Developed a reporting site for hosting call analysis, and reporting of those calls.
Specialties: Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Development Stack, Telecommunications technologies and deployments. NLU and ASR training.
Strong communication skills. Experience delivering cost savings, and building products with minimal oversight under budget and and in time.
