The Body Coach: The Body Coach skill contains 7 x 15-minute, full-body HIIT workouts that help you get fit and burn fat. The workouts range from beginner to intermediate level and can be completed at home with no equipment. Each workout is progressive, so if you are new to high-intensity interval training (HIIT), start with workout 1 and work your way up. The workouts are in real-time, so you can train together with Joe and follow his instructions.
Mindful Meditation: Mindful Meditation provides a suite of meditation sequences at various lengths for you to help practice mindfulness and bring you back to the moment. It is recommended to set aside some time every day for some meditation to alleviate stress and clear your mind.
Mixologist: You can search for cocktails by the type of alcohol, drink name, or say “Surprise Me!”.
